What is it with the new morbs and headbutting glass?  Neo's do it to get out and the new Proto does to get at Tennessee

The demonstration of the Neomorph's vicious nature really sets up a potential showdown against the xeno/proto/whateverit'scalledmorph.

I mean surely these two types of aliens will cross paths further into the film, and the xenoprotowhatevermorph will, as expected, win just like the T-Rex defeated the IPhone Rex in JW. All to please the old school fans who will jizz all over the place in the theatre.

The footage was incredible and brutal. Both baby Neos were born within minutes of each other. Vicious is an undersatement and they are very vocal too!

The pacing was unbelievably fast and the soundtrack was loud and pounding. The Mouthburster especially grew before the crews eyes, from it's larger than faceburster-type size to baby Neo took seconds, then it sped off into the wheat field!

That Neomorph cant Grow in the Back look at the size of it..

But it does... so this means this Organism once the catalyst event for its Growth Starts, rapidly grows incredibly fast.

This means i can see the Benefit in trying to use this DNA Process and figure it out as far as Growth Rate, as this would be beneficial for teh Company.

And Engineers if they could not Re-produce after a certain time, then cloning themselves with this Rate of Growth means Quick and Easier way to Create Armies of Engineers for what ever Purpose their Hierarchy would wish.

It brings a whole new meaning to accelerant Dave. Both wee devils grew instantly, from the minute they burst out!

and the black goo can now be officially termed Deadly Alien Pathogen...

Yeah Starlogger so excited after last night, don't want to spoil things for anyone but on this thread it is safe to talk about the screened footage, so wanted to join in with some thoughts.

Honestly, Ridley and co are going to blow every other Alien movie out of the water, if that footage was anything to go by, but I'd best reserve judgement till we see how everything fits together. 

There's also some very nice musical homages to Gerry Goldsmith's original score. 

Also, hearing MUTHUR's voice in the amazing audio, it did NOT sound like Sigourney Weaver to me.

Wow, baby Neomorph is 50 Lbs of Nasty in about a 2Lb package. :D

I love that term, it delivers a more powerful sense of horror and doom than "black goo" or whatever they called it in Prometheus, if they even named the substance. 

(I'm sure Sir Smoke-a-Lot Fifield would call it "non-smokeable fluid")
