The movie is more artistic work than sci-fi movie, is just like 2001, but for me was too short!, and as I expected! Ridley is a master of the details and enviroment, but he is not a writer, the story... (?) definitely he need as well as FOX (ASAP!) a real and (potential) writer. Better than Cameron Aliens of course!, is defenitly a beauty footage a masterpiece only! A lot of rush, but it's so beautiful, settings and stage are amazing, Covenant Ship and Engineer City are sculptural and from Scott's movies behind Alien one of my fav ones.

Just finished watching AC! And I'm pleased.

As always, there's some things that can divide opinions, like the changing directions of the plot, the possible rush (to me, it feels like I've watched a 4 hours movie), etc. BUT... in MY opinion:

The movie is great. It's ambience is very, very A L I E N. The acting is great, and I'm speechless to what Fassbender just did there. It's emotional, beautiful. Again - there's obviously things that we won't like (I'm not going deeper on this to avoid spoilers), but overall, it seems to me very touching, intelligent and poetic. It's mandatory to watch it more than once, but this, I'm sure we're going to watch it more than a thousand :D

I'll wait 'till everyone around watched it before going deeper in 'analysis', but Sir Ridley hadn't disappointed me. Once again.
