It seems just the Last Supper and when Shaw and David are on the Engineer ship are the only deleted scenes lol.

No many more...you need to watch that again! The whole bit for instance with Daniels asking Mother "Where is it?" and all the other dialog...not in the final...."4 meters above you"....that would have been great....
