"Returning to the notion of integration and biomechanical concerns.."
David 8 was strengthening the spinal cage in his development (see below).
"Engineer infants show the possible flexibility achievable even before genetic manipulation." (see below)

MemberPraetorianAug-24-2017 6:35 AMThe Dead Space infant looks quite capable dk. A mix of The Thing and Gollum.

MemberFacehuggerAug-24-2017 11:47 AMI hated those Dead Space infants! Especially in the zero gravity zones

MemberOvomorphAug-25-2017 10:53 PMWhere do you have this from? This is very big, do you know that? I'm havin a hard time trying to read it. I didn't get everything, but this I understood:
"Returning to the notion of integration and biomechanical concerns I would posit that lessons learned here could and should be applied to the ultimative maturation of the Engineers direction if not their literal fate. Through the virus / Xenomorph as glorious synthetic and poetic culmination of the species. And an amusing biblical at that. Though not quite linear due to my own inheritance."
Now the question is only if he wrote that to mock them or if he meant it literally.
At the end btw he talks about a composite chitinous ... I always thought that the alien has some kind of chitin skin. The big bugs in davids lab also seemed to indicate this. Now I know I was right : D

MemberPraetorianAug-26-2017 5:54 AMYes jdvyne, I know. I thought it was epic.
From this, we have revealed:
Engineers can procreate
David 8 had Engineer children to work with
David 8 was developing internal ribbing in his organism
David 8 was incorporating biomechanical into his development with the help of the Engineer anatomy.
The drawing is included in the Blue-Ray. As well as the drawing below that describes neomorphs communicating with a hive mind.

MemberFacehuggerAug-27-2017 9:59 AMI will do some experiments with David as well, when i get my hands on him.

MemberPraetorianAug-27-2017 11:06 AMYes, Gralen, David 8 can test your patience with all this tinker with genomes to digest humanity stuff.

Dark Nebula
StaffNeomorphSep-25-2017 10:26 AMThere's also an illustration of an engineer child.
Since there were females I knew there would be engineer kids. When David was walking among the corpses I noticed one corpse is much smaller than the other corpses.

MemberPraetorianSep-25-2017 10:47 AMYou operate with surgical precision Dark Nebula. Excellent examples.
I hadn't seen the Engineer child drawing yet (I'm trying to catch up) and this really was a fine addition.

MemberPraetorianSep-25-2017 3:54 PMIngeniero - I wanted to use that female Engineer image from Hatton's page as well, how did you copy it? :)

MemberPraetorianSep-25-2017 7:12 PMThe capture was a screen-grab Ati (mac: shift, command, and 4...simultaneous). Thank you again for links to Hallett and Hatton's material.

MemberChestbursterSep-26-2017 5:51 PMGlad that there is definitive proof of Engineer children and women. David and his idle hands are quite disturbing.
