The android David has always wanted to be a human as sometimes demonstrated, the contact with which there are other androids (Walter) as in blade runner, in which there is no resignation not to be a machine but to resemble a man.Qui c is in dance the desire to be equal to its creator. (David seems very annoyed when Walter says he is not able to play the flute resigning himself to his own nature)

The David/Walter dynamic was interesting and one of the best parts of AC. AC definitely had its problems but was overall a good movie imo.

MemberDeaconMar-01-2018 3:23 PMI think indeed there was a lot to the David/Walter Scenes and indeed in the whole Viral Marketing and lets not forget choice of Song for the Teaser Trailer for Alien Covenant.
That for some were things they could not read into or quite understand the implied connections/plot.
