The art of the Troll

I have to admit appreciating and laughing at a good troll once in a while. A good troll should demonstrate a well researched working knowledge of the topic material mixed with a subtle combination of snark, perhaps a tip off that it is sarcastic and leaving one with a sense of "is this a troll or genuine humor"? It also should make us question the thickness of our own skin. I think David would make an excellent troll.
