The monster in the beginning of the movie has been discussed a lot but this could be interesting. In this youtube movie they discuss the comic book adaptation of the movie and it adds an interesting thing. At 24:18 Bishop says that the monster was inside Newt and got away from there. As far as I know Newt was in some sort of hive in Aliens that Ripley freed her from, is it possible that the queen put an egg inside Newt? To me it seems very scary but how likely is it?

The shooting script had the Queen Embryo crawl out of Newt's mouth.  The Rex Pickett script from Jan 5 1991 explicitly has the facehugger on Newt during the title sequence.  The Giler/Hill drafts that started a week later left the embryo crawling out, but removed the Newt facehugger reference and left it open as to who it was on.  The September 91 reshoots mention the facehugger being on Ripley.

Thanks, I wish that they would have explained that better in Alien 3 even though I like the movie.
