First Alien: Earth set photo showcases retro-style Alien aesthetic!

Thanks to the Bangkok Post, we have our first photo from the set of Noah Hawley's Alien: Earth series! The set aesthetic looks very reminiscent of the interior of the Nostromo. Check it out:

Tourism and Sports Minister Sermsak Pongpanich is flanked by Christopher Lowenstein (right) and Apinat Siricharoenjit of Living Films, the local facilitator for the shooting of FX’s Alien TV Series in Thailand. Mr Sermsak paid a visit to the Alien production crew at a studio in Samut Prakarn province on Saturday, the project’s final shoot day.

AvPGalaxy assert this could be a set for the interior of the USCSS Maginot which will feature in the show.

Not to be that guy but making the sets reminiscence to the original alien doesn't make sense with the timeline. Also hearing the stuff that comes Mr. Hawley's mouth, makes me very skeptical and doubtful that this is going to be a good ALIEN story.
