Would you rather work for Weyland-Yutani or Prodigy Corp?

It feels like both would be pretty dystopian to work for, and neither really respect the well-being of their workers. 

But somehow I feel like day to day quality of life would be a little better under Prodigy Corp. 

Seems like Wey-Yu routinely sends people one dangerous deep space missions where you have to go into cryo sleep for decades at a time and you're pretty much an anachronism when (if) you finally return to Earth. 

Boy Kavalier might be kind of a fun boss to work for. I feel like he would throw fun karaoke parties and stuff.
