nope, that was creature effects on Aliens, this was a british guy, think he's interviewed in quadrilogy, and is certainly interviewed on the three hour documentary on the Legacy Bonus disc for alien. He may have been the prop master.

no to dark star and dune. it was half remembered from an interview years ago, but have confirmed that my memory is correct, although it wasn't roger dicken.
