Here's s a special clue to the last question. Howard Hanson wrote the original symphony used, but this man, re did his work, re-conducted it if you will and was primarily a producer-arranger-conductor, and got praised up the "ying yang" for doing it by Hanson himself, Hanson even liked his version far more, and it was this mans Composition that was actually used in both the Final scene and in the credits as the film ended. Scott referred to the name of the section he used for it on the DVD commentary for the film..as "Anita" ot "Tunita" it's hard to make out, but the credit for the composition has to go to this man.
