that was a totally unrealiable "leaked" script to me ( all names are wrong and we dont see any of the situations from the trailer or stills , plus the same author admitted is a fake ) ...so probably he did put that name because is a diehard alien fan like you :)

you make a valid point. at the same time, the stills from these new teasers compel me to think that part of that leaked script make in fact have some showing in the final film. it is all subjective i guess.

we can say that 1) hes very tall ..so probably hes a double 2) he was one of the crew ( prometheus or magellan ) 3) he have a green screen behind so im wondering if there is some sort of creature raising it 4) he surely in bad shape ..and maybe mutated

He looks like he may levitating? Might have something to do with the other shot where it looks like someone is flying through the loading bay @ 0.16 on the first video - whats that all about?

no i dont thing hes levitating ..i think that is a tryout before filming and surely it miss some CGI ( you see the green panel behind )... i think is a special effects tryout even the later animation behind ridley at 0:16 ..is too ridicolous .

i think he's the guy in the pre release trailer that got his helmet stained with some corrosive agent...or alternatively chemical related burns contained inside of his suit. his large cranium could be the result of burn or pressure related bloating.

its interesting to notice the broken spacesuit on the sides ... something black there ..can be burned ..or something else ...

hes in the trailer , next to noomi while scott is explaining something to them , he look like one of the crew even if he have a some sort of helmet ... his name "stannison" and this trailer frame make me think hes just an important part of the crew

Lance some good thoughts there. Pierce could be a human on the planet and produced by the SJs. That would be a very interesting concept. How would behave and interact with the crew? Could he talk and what language if any? Maybe the arrival of the crew interfers with his developement?

Nice one Frank that's that question answered. Interesting concept though if the crew were to meet some kind of half breed human.

i don't think sjs produce humans, just the basic building block necessary for the creation of earthian based life, and they released it on earth as an experiment. also, the neanderthal looking guy you see is wearing a pressure suit and is probably one of the crew members who got injured/mutated. either way, if this is an ancient astronaut movie, i'm going to be disappointed because i know ridley scott is more realistic than that.

my suspicions are... Billions/Millions of years ago the Space Jockeys came across a primordial Earth and found it devoid of life. Upon sowing the seeds of life they left behind the "map room" (which would of course pre-date all known life on Earth), possibly engineering it so that evolution as we know it wasn't purely by chance and natural selection but had some element of design to it, ultimately leading to our development as an intelligent race. We, having developed deep space travel discover the "map room" and head to the directions given to learn who/what sowed the seeds of life on Earth and why, but instead of finding God we find Alien engineers...

Some say the guy in the photo is james embree ...to be honest i dont think so and is pearce to me BUT we will see ( go to see embree photos and let me know what you think )

Guy Pearce use to frequent one of my old places of work, he was always rude / impatient / arrogant. ALWAYS. if he happens to meet a really nasty end in this film, i will most likely end up secretly cheering on whatever means or force that kills his character off something ELSE to look forward to! muwahahaha!

well can be ..but hes one of the few who refused the money of hollywood to stay with his sister ( who have dawn syndrome ) with his wife and his beloved cats in australia ... that is a very deep fact that speak well for the guy ... ive the biggest simpathy for who lose money to not drop his way of life and loved ones .

Frantz 190 mins is 3 hours and 10 minutes Somehow that does not seem right at all to me Could you verify this please !!! Thanks just want to be sure.

the lenght was written on the page of the society with the 2 "engineer " and "elder engineer" stunts/actors .... above there was written 190 min lenght for the movie ... of course we cant be sure of anything !! except the release date maybe .... anyway 3 hours seems ok for an" epic" movie ...

The longer the better and 3 hours of epicness is always nice. lol, thats how I see it.

Thanks Burke. Awesome statement you made. I agree, wait until the release of the film. You never know if what everyone is saying is just a way to misdirect us from the truth. Considering how secretive and protective they have been about Prometheus it wouldn't surprise me in the least bit if most everything they were discussing was just a misleading statement. Ridley Scott is a smart man and i'm sure 20th Century Fox respects that. If I was that secretive about a film that was being made by Ridley Scott I would of mislead the audience so that way they don't know what to expect. Also you can't always believe EVERYTHING everyone says. Whether its on the internet or face to face. People can be very devious and misleading. Just don't give your hopes up. I think there's a chance we may see the original alien. The last line in one of his interviews he says he locked some secrets away and maybe something familiar. So based on that I think it could be the alien. The familiar stuff we already know about are the jockeys ship, the living space jockey im sure we'll see. So what else from the original film will be familiar to us? But obviously this is all speculation but I think he wants to mislead the audience.

In the 2nd teaser trailer - there is a shot of an roughed up actor being lifted in front of a green screen - and if you use your imagination - you can see something larger picking him up.

Personally I don't think there will be any xeno's, the most I expect to see is an egg opening in the cargo bay of the derelict shape, shortly followed by the derelict crashing. Any possible xeno would be the one born from the jockey pilot, but again i think it will be inferred not shown.

I'm just excited about actually eventually seeing this movie next year...I am gonna try to forget that it is linked to Alien in anyway...cause I am slightly disappointed that their might be no xeno's, but .....i'm sure we all in for a big surprise...we might just get surprised in a totally different way than we anticipating.

that particular hologram trope is a pretty old one. cyan is a color closely associated with technology. that's as far as i can explain it.
