First time in Alien history that a Xenomorph was referred to as an "adult male"... Kirsh refers to the Xenomorph Wendy killed as an adult male... interesting.

This episode was very boring. The only time I jumped was when they showed the monsters.

I mean yes we've always assumed and referred to them as Drones or Warriors, assuming the Hive/ Queen hierarchy, but technically nobody in the films had ever made that distinction, only the Queen was given any kind of gender acknowledgement.

Always thought they, with the exception of the queen, were male.

The alien in this film has so many issues that took away the fear out of the show. The issues I noticed were as follows:  the alien looks dry not a shiny slew of slim others had to them in previous films and features. The suit bunches up by the thighs in multiple scenes making it look like “creature feature” with a thick stubby neck that makes the creature less intimidating and not more muscular. The color of the alien is off as brown and not black making it look less scary and man made. The mechanical upper jaw looks stiff giving the overall appeal of the alien as a puppeteer. Overall, when pertaining to the alien design concept, Alien, Aliens, and Alien 3 had the best designs hands down. Just stick to the original design already for what works and is scary! Period. If you want a home run then plan, prepare, and play the game for one.Next, fear is was drives this franchise. Use more scenes of isolation, and cleverness of where is the alien hiding that were used in the front half of the show. If Wendy can talk to these xenomorphs okay, well, with two xenomorphs in the picture as a community of organisms is she the mother of aliens representing the hive mind, or outcast from the hive as humans? The other creatures are just relatable concepts. True horror is originality unknown to men kind never seen before. Isn’t that what makes xenomorphs and predator scary? The storyline is overall good and shot well, but these key points need work. Get it together with the xenomorph. I found myself never scared for the first time.
