Symbiotic Relationships

It would appear we have one of two theories....first theory, the "engineers' are humanoid as we saw, thus creating "humans" in "their" image....would explain the giant head in the center of the urn chamber...also, they will have a symbiotic relationship with their "Space Jockey" suits being bio-mechanical...thus, the suits and their bodies connect. This can be evident by the first movie in Alien where the suit was said to be fossilized to the chair. The ship and the Jockey become one so to speak...also, might explain his mishap somewhere in the film where he falls to his own dark creation...the darker bio-mechanoid as we know as the Alien from the first film. As for the ship crashing...well, two theories..."Theron" guides the "Prometheus" into the alien ship, as it would explain her running and stripping to get to a escape pod...second theory...the humanoid gives birth to a chestburster, thus losing control of the ship and crashing. But I guess I was getting to the point of the symbiotic biomech hosting...so much to ponder on I know...
