Lol, i dont think so. Human and dogs have body hairs too and yet the adult aliens dont have any hair. hair would only be problematic to Fire and the silicon like skin of the alien is to without hazardous environment, though Immense heat like fire still can Kill it.

I would prefer Wool on an Alien rather than a Predalien Vomiting eggs into a pregnant host.....
