Wonderful innsight into Gigers art, the derelict, the goddess Nut etc For me just discovering stuff like the 'face or horror' in the ground itself in Gigers vision of the 'live derelict' was a bit of an eye-opener.

For those that do not own "Giger's Alien," get it! This is a very cool book. I have the soft cover edition and the artist's insights coupled with his original paintings give you a great perspective on the art direction of the first film. Well worth the price wherever you can buy it.
