Not only does this timeline hint towards ALIEN but also ALIENS by mentioning The atmospheric processors and even the power loader. lol. That was cool.

Seriously Weyland is curing all of humankind's illness and bringing back the dead and all you people can go on about is power loaders and atmospheric processors?

One interesting I found on the timeline. They specified that Weyland acquired CERN (including Large Hadron Collider and other facilities). The recently leaked script mentioned that Prometheus used antimatter (produced through LHC) as fuel. What do you guys have to say on this?

I have the feeling that the prometheus mission is not the first contact with this alien race (Excluding Ancient Aliens)... going by the technological advancements that have been made so quickly would it be safe to assume that Weyland has been involved with somthing precursing this because it appears that he is copying what we would safley assume SJ technology would be all about albeit the weyland tech is a human clunky representation of it Creating Life / Terraforming / Resurrection / FTL travel

I recently read this timeline and it is quite an eyeopener. It virtually covers not only all of the technology displayed in our movie but when they were a part of the Weyland Corporation. Of special interest was the 'when' the science became usuable. And in many cases years before our voyage, As I recall there is mentioned. *Atmosphere Generation *Anti Gravity *Speed of Light travel and how time is affected. *Devlopment of the Davids *Discovery of what I would say is either the Alien planet or the moon in nour movie(This is years before Shaw/Holloway hook up) THere were many others. My suggestion for firsttime readers of the timeline is to start at the bottom(the earliest years) as it reads much more as a biography and puts the time in perspective of the date of our movie Prometherus.
