What's in the bowl? What's on the ceiling?

I can see Alien eggs on the ceiling and maybe a facehugger.

I have no idea, I don't believe they are eggs. You know, maybe it is like a view screen. If you have seen the movie, Contact, you know what I am talking about. Like a liquid map or something.

I thought it might be a mask at first, but I'm thinking not now. I read your thread on it. I can see why you think that though. I'm starting to think more that is the old guy cocooned for some reason. As for the bowl...it could just be inconsequential. I don't think they would show it in the trailers if it was though.

Maybe I'm think that because of this Ridley quote and the cocooned man rumors. "It's hard to frighten people. I think it is easier to make people laugh. I know Ricky Gervais will tell me to go f*** myself, but actually it is harder to scare. People are numb to it now. You've got to get dramatically cleverer. When Ridley said a guy hanging from the ceiling he was referring to the original Alien movie and how the first Alien attack it was a guy hanging from the ceiling.

I'm not 100% convinced he wasn't talking about Prometheus. IMO

The gargoyle/Xenomorph on the roof I think it says that the process of incubation of the biological weapon has begun, so the change in the ceiling. And Holloway and the bowl, do not know, can be a trap that has just been activated or something related to their infection, who knows.

There is a scene David wearing helmet with yellow light glows inside flying around like llittle green man.
