Space Jockey suits in the cave?

Honestly, this is one of my favorite stills of them ALL, endlessly mysterious! I dont even want to fins out what that is, only in the theatre :)) Sir Ridley Scott, turning film into Painting!

I know that Prometheus is influenced by Ridley Scott's Alien, but this particular scene reminded me much more to James Cameron's Aliens.

They are perhaps corpses, bodies, of space explorers that have come before them and met their end there as well. Intelligent life shows up, the alien awakes in it's own or similar form, and uses the DNA in the corpse to locate the planet, and tries to set off on a mission to exterminate it and us. Or maybe WE are a species made to terraform earth to get it ready for THEM and our arrival indicates it is ready for them to come finish the job... Rgardless, this still indicates to me that this is an event that is happening over again and again.

I have no idea on most of the pictures this film i have ideas but i'm not sure For this picture maybe those are dead space jockeys and the team discovers the last space jockey which starts to infect the crew ( Logan Marshall Green) and then somehow it puts a baby into Shaw which she gives birth too which the space jockey wants to make more of his kind and then the team most destroy the space jockey i'm just guessing That's Just A Theroy
