If you zoom in its actually normal and not mars attacks style... That topmost part is like a visor just at an odd angle

Fassbender approaching to show he shows no harm bringing the helmet we see in the preview on the operation table to the ship. ...but yeah, this brother needs some love.

Late: always thought Shaw was bringing back the SJ helmet in a bag, and gets blown away by the storm. This guy looks [i]zombiefied[/i]

If you zoom in to his face, right hand side, you can see grey veins. He's obviously been infected.

Only thing that looks out of place is the expression on the face and the mouth looks pulled back like a plastic surgery job gone bad. Can't see the veins though.

Face seems masculine (not good resolution though) but body seems a bit feminine. Wonder if the writers are going to mess with gender stuff. Part of the whole life/replication scheme has to do with reproduction schemes. In plants and some animals, reproduction is sometimes achieved through two genders in a single being or even asexually when fragmentation occurs (like some worms). I'm starting to think this movie is really gonna mess with people's minds in ways it has not been done before. I mean, the first series of the Alien franchise played heavily on all these notions of replication/reproduction through the use of hosts, really creepy stuff....

come on, it's pretty obvious that it's david. At least on the initial excursion to the temple, all the crew have these "skull caps" on, including Holloway and Shaw, there are pictures. This guy's name is pretty short, you can see the name stitched on the yellow patch on his forehead. Anyway, he's trying to mollify Vickers, because she wants to sterilize anything coming on board. This looks like it will be a great scene, reminescent of a similar scene in "Alien".

Those helmets are so 1950s. At least they don't lightning bolts across the chest.

he looks bald and aged. could holloways infection cause him to age and he is the old bald guy we see in the trailer???
