Look at the three icons on the login page

I noticed that too. It's got to mean something. "All about the everything."

I thought they looked like maritime signal flags. The one character half shaded doesn't match though... The square within a square is foxtrot, the unshaded one could be Quebec . I thought the final one could be Oscar but it seems like a dead end.

Has anyone yet tried the WOW signal code in the Weyland log-in ?

Yep wow code does not work. I think we should try to find the coordinates of Zeta II Reticuli because notice in the passage containing the login link, it mentions "exact coordinates". So maybe the coordinates is the password - haven't tried myself as I haven't dug out the coordinates yet so if anybody does, try it!
