I'm sorry you dislike my approach to Cameron and his work....I admit my passion can get the best of me and my tone can easily be misunderstood......I do like 'Aliens'..It is an entertaining film...in fact, [b]'Aliens' is one of the best examples of the golden age of action films in the 1980's[/b]. But I do, obviously, have my issues with it...I push an argument as far as I can and will argue my opinion as thoroughly as I possibly can....and that means, there are particular issues I have discussed as openly and with as much attention to detail as I can muster. And when I speak of detail, I mean that I will take it as far as it will go. The points I continue to make about 'Aliens' are opinions I feel very strongly about and am not afraid to express.
We're all here because we love this stuff....I'm just here to have fun with all of you....I apologize if I have annoyed any of you...

That's why I joined the forum, also because it's nice to chat with people who share the same interests. If someone disagrees with my opinions or whatever, that's fine because it's just a movie.
I love 'Aliens', BTW. Watched it a thousand times.

Listen......none of us REALLY know until weve seen the movie, so really EVERYONE is just summizing. Yes some people do have issues with their own opinions but thats what happens when weve been waiting for 30 years for a proper answer from the man that started it all.
So you opinionate all you want........the hardcore ARE listening.
Actually as day zero aproaches i think we`ll all go a bit nuts lol.
And besides, if your ideas upset people......more fool them for not being open minded lol

We all have a take on iconic flick, and you know what? Anyone that busts you is weak. I dig yer take on the movie. I actually watched it objectively through your lens, and though I still feel it was the solid follow to the original, there could have been more.
The one thing I will argue, is that it's pretty rad seeing Hicks scream "EAT THIS". That paid the price of admission alone!

try not to, and do your best to not let anyone on these
boards compel you to feel sorry for simply expressing yourself
films, like music / art / food are all subjective,
i too am very passionate about ALIEN and all its inferior sequels
but that is just how i feel, and others will disagree,
and that is fine, but its sure good to know that i am not alone here
on these topic boards, and that i have a fellow traveler here when
i need to vent
