I would say that this scene is when Fifield returns to the Prometheus, it seems Fifield can walk about fine, but Holloway has trouble.
This part you refer is when i think Fifield confronts one of the Mechanics of the Ship and then he goes Berserk, that poor Mechanic becomes the frist one to feel Fifields Mutant Rage.
