How many trips to the temple?

There seems to be a few trips to the temple. 1. Initial trip were first contact causes numerous crew deaths infections. 2. 2nd trip were there is some kind of explosion (dust storm) that the crew is trying to out run. 3. Third trip where derelict ship is launched and Shaw is trying to get Prometheus to stop it. still trying to piece together the multiple explosions or dust storms. One shows Shaw on a vehicle. Another shows Shaw getting hit and thrown by the force of the explosion in or near the hanger.
