The things that kill a bunch of the crew right away are not in any of the trailers. It is most likely the tentacle thing behind the door next to Shaw, but one of the news articles described it as large and very fast, and that there was more than one.

That would make sense, as the organisms found in the temple are only relegated to that location. And, as Kate Dickie who plays Ford in this film mentioned that her character gets "eaten" by a creature late into the first act of the film.
