[SPOILERS] Ridley - On The Old Script That Wasn't Used

[SPOILERS] I was reading a new interview with Scott this morning. It turns out that the old script had Jesus as an Engineer! Seriously, is that crazy or what. Does anybody have the link to that interview where they talk about making a trilogy of Prometheus? I was on a friends PC when I read it and forgot to look at the URL. Scott said that they originally had the Engineers get pissed off because Jesus/Engineer was crucified, so that is why they wanted to exterminate us. Reminds me of that Harlan Ellison 'Star Trek' script where the Enterprise finds God, but Spock is not impressed. So, the latest news is that Shaw goes looking for the Engineers home world in the sequel, which should be pretty cool. I don't understand why you need a trilogy for that, but that's what they want to do. I'm all for it. Hardly original, that scenario. I remember a friend of mine having that exact same idea many many years ago in regards to a screenplay she was writing.......

Still looking for the link, but I also remember them saying something about paradise lost, engineers as dark angels, and god being "better looking" but boring. I'm trying to remember how I found the article.
