A head in the helmet!!! SPOILER

We have already discussed that. It's probably in page 3 or so... There are also pictures of the head in those discussions.

I keep telling you guys that the Blue Guys wear the SJ spacesuits....they are one and the same people!!! That is a Blue Guy's head exploding after they take off the SJ helmet.

U should probably mark this as a spoiler since almost no one has noticed it or could without pausing the trailer. I started a thread with a screen capture of this frame from the movie in an hd link, and after looking at it for a week, i'm sure it's Fifield's head (they guy with the tattoos and red mohawk). I know a lot of people immediately called it a space jockey, and i can't be 100% what it is; but i know it's human, and it's sitting in what looks like the collar of the human explorers helmet and I can even make out human eyes, the bridge of a nose, and what looks like a beard and mustache. Nothing about this image even remotley looks like a space jockey, i have no idea why people keep linking that with this image. check out the media thread entitled spoiler from this last week if you want to be the judge for yourself. P.S. there is also a scene with fifield going mutant and his head getting all swollen in the hanger fight right before this in the trailer, it shows him pulling someone backwards with a fireaxe. so it does fit with what they have shown us elsewhere.

Shawluv: Then allow me to elaborate for you then... If you look at the scene with SJ helmet you will notice the operation table and the background. That background is completly similar to the one we see behind the exploding head. Also notice how this Room is the same one in both scenes. To me and most others it seems the people in the room have removed the helmet and revealed the head inside... Also in one of the clips we get glimps of a decapitated SJ. This could be the other end of the head.

Yes, excellent movie.... The title of this topic reminded me of that line from the movie.

Well, it's not a very big ship. they only have one exam table, and only one small lab in the very middle of the ship, according to the blueprints of the Prometheus floorplan they released. agree completely it is the same table and room. I just think it's something different they are looking at. why would a solid rock explode? My theory is that it's something growing inside fifeilds deapitated head that explodes when they thaw it out to see what the hell happened to him. We'll see when the movie comes out, i guess.

Totally agree that we should wait for the movie to hit theaters before making any final conclusions... It was an interesting discussion although it got us absolutely nowhere. No hard feelings Shawluv. I guess you're ok despite our little disagreement. Let's agree to disagree.
