To me audio and images are connected in that scene .... what is not connected is David saying "earth" and maybe we know why audio and video are from two different parts of the movie .....

i hadn't even thought of it because i am still so creeped out by it all. And I only listened to it once, was enough for me, it's extremely disturbing, this film should be rated "X" IMO LOL.

Frantz - very true it seems he IS refering to that hologram i had never picked up on it before and ur right where he states "earth" doesnt actualy seem connected to that scene at all. my guess would be "earth" is said when he has the globe in his hand in the star map room and describes it as "earth"...hmm

I concur that "They're leaving! To go where?" and "Earth" are just an edit and we're not going to hear this very sequence in the film, it's a bit like "It's a star map. Not a map, an invitation". It's been put there just to give a hint of what's going on, but the actual sequence is going to be longer and clearer.

But getting to the post this wil be heavy s%it going down and will be the best part
