So I was checking [url=http://www.avpgalaxy.net/forum/index.php?topic=43427.0]AVP Galaxy[/url] this morning as I usually do, and I stumbled upon someone that has supposedly seen an advance screening of the film. The guy writes a little preface: [i]"Hello after searching online to discuss prometheus i found this fan site. I along with others who sent comments via facebooks 'areyouseeingthis' were invited to see a special screening of Prometheus in London. I sent a facebook message on it how amazing the trailer looked and how I'm not a scifi fan but this has hyped me up for the film. I got a PM via email from 20th century fox who invited me to see the film. I didn't have to pay for ticket but i did have to pay the £67 in travelling expenses."[/i] I've read his description of the plot and...well. Its different. Nothing like we've heard before. He doesn't push to hit any of the plot points that we've discovered through our collective analysis on this forum. And his plot description answers a really BIG debate a lot of us have been having here. I can only find one contradiction to what we already (think) we know. I would suggest giving this a read just out of curiosity. Please let me know what you think. @Saints: No it doesn't quite work that way. You see, sometimes Dave puts some streaky bacon into my empty memory slots, after about 5 minutes they're hot and all crispy. My smoke sensors do however pick up the lovely fumes, but do I trigger a smoke alarm? Hell no!

@Mentos I am part of those who want to read it anyway and who think the link should be back in. However, I have to agree with anyone saying that it deserves proper warning both in the title and before the link. Hence it made sense to have it removed. If you put in back in, or even just because of the kind of discussion it brings, you might want to change the title then...

I don't mind spoilers, i won't like it more or less because of it. it should be warned. Me to, i'm not so sure it's legit, but i kind of like that way haha.

well i just gone to the site and copied the Spoiler onto a Notepad and saved it... I copied the txt fast so i never got to see what its about apart from the first Paragraph and it does look to be going the route i thought as far as Creation, Chariots of Gods... But we kind of all knew that anyway with the Holloway and Shaw Briefing etc. So i have saved that plot and i will read it once i seen the movie.... I do not want to read much of it as it would spoil the movie if it proved legit. I did that with the thing i came acrosss a Script and i read a few parts from the begining and then stopped myself... once i saw the movie indeed that script was proven correct. This is going to be a massive movie and i dont want to spoil it and i guess i am going to have to consider not comming on here much if at all as i think the closer May 31st comes the more Spoilers we will see. I have a collection of my theories and i will compare them to that plot and the actual movie and see how close i was...

OK, cool, sorry again, but there's no need act like I broke your cat's leg or something, I don't think I've been a jerk to anyone here at all, and if I have it's not intentional, I'm Australian, we tend to think that the rest of the world has skin as thick as ours................................. I created a thread with no spoilers. The thread contained a link to another page that contained the spoilers. The thread gave you the option to view the spoilers, but you didn't see them in posted in the thread its self. The thread politely prompted discussion, if you chose to click on the link. Someone fill me in on the big issue with this?

I created a similar thread (my only one) about the twitter-spoilers. It can be presumed the discussion about the spoilers will almost necessarily include spoilers itself. Even when you try and keep everything clean. So, seems most people on both side wouldn't mind that spoilers be revealed, provided it's done with a warning. I guess the title to your thread holds to what you post just as much as to what may come afterward... maybe we should all just relax, change the title so everybody is happy, and let things roll nicely from now on. We all now it's a fake cause 'elongated banana head' doesn't apply to Predators anyway...

@Mentos, it was more to do with the way it was originally posted here in regard to the spoiler thing. I didn't remove the link cause I want to see you fail or anything like that, I actually had some other people PM me and ask me to remove it, that's all. Just trying to keep the peace, like I said. No offense, bacon sammich? :-P

just read it and i thought it was pretty good. No idea if it was real or not, but whoever wrote it made something a lot more plausible than just about everyone else has. Do I think (if it's true) that the film is ruined for me? Nooooooooooooo way. I knew exactly what was going to be in the (then 76 messaged) thread when i opened it, but then had to go and google for the thread on another site to read it. i remember the hype for star wars when i was 6-7. I had star wars figures before i even saw the film. I had read the comics, i knew exactly what was going to happen in every scene, and to this day i have still never seen a better movie. if all a movie has going for it is 'surprise' then i'll go without thanks. Like I said, i've no idea if it was real but it was entertaining, and had enough originality to hold itself together. the thing it didn't have any explanation of, is why the ******** would have made a giant head of themselves, so, on that basis i suppose i reject it. But, if the final film is close to that i'd be happy. But it sounds like what i'd have expected from Spaihts, not Lindelof. But then I don't think i could have written as much as that guy did about the last movies i saw, and i never remembered the characters names in it either, so if he wasn't a prometheus fan i'd be surprised as hell. Anyway, if people really don't want spoilers why are they in the thread that has them. It's very very simple to make yourself spoiler free for this movie, don't go on the forums.

@ Hal 9000 - I completely agree with you. Until we're actually in the theater watching this film, we're going to have to regard any "plot reveals" as rumor and speculation. Sure, this could be absolutely accurate. And I could be Noomi Rapace secretly posting on this thread. Or perhaps I'm Ridley Scott just pretending to be some poor schmo from LA perusing the fan sites. Then again, what do we really know about anybody who posts anything online? I haven't read the spoiler yet, but I do want to post something in defense of the author: when it comes to highly anticipated films, the true plot is almost always revealed in length just weeks before the actual release. I've seen it happen over and over again. On the other hand, I do work for Century Theaters, and the only pre-release screening that we're aware of is on May 31st in the UK. If there truly has been an advanced screening, then it must have been uber private. Does anyone smell bullshit?

Cypher, I do have to say, this spoiler closely resembles the 'leaked' script back in April, and the Twitter girl's posts from not too long ago. I'm still in denial, but so much of this makes sense. I'm going to read on. And alas, I am not Noomi. Sorry.

I LOOOOOOOOVVVVVVVEEEEEEE YOOOOOOUUUUUUUU!!!!!! :-P and I KNOW you aren't Ridley Scott, because I am :-D nah that's pushing it :-P One of the first things myself and a good friend of mine here thought it was too similar to that de-bunked script as well. And who's to say all of this hasn't been made up by the same person trying to make themselves look pure awesome? Also, why haven't we seen anyone else that went to this "screening" corroborate the thing yet?

Many things of the leaked script makes sense; for example, I believe that the human crew will return to the temple when they become aware of the existence of the Juggernaut. The blue guy being different from the Gods is also ok to me. Others don´t; for exemple, the "worm" attacks Milburn, not Fifileld. What makes me think that´s BS is the beggining; I find the concept of advanced spacefaring beings coming to Earth to enslave copper-age humans is deeply unsatisfactory to me.

The 'leaked' version of the script seemed plausible until the very end. Shaw shoots and kills Vickers while remaining behind on this alien world to care for her new alien-hybrid child. Then it supposedly cuts to a scene aboard another alien craft just as the chestburster arrives, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah. It was then that I realized the script was mostly conjecture. I have to say, however; this recent post was good. Whether it's fan fiction or not, it manages to answer many major questions, and seems to fill in a lot of the gaps. I'm not saying that I totally buy it yet, but if it is the genuine article, then I am entirely disappointed. Even more so due to the fact that it doesn't directly say or specify how the "xenomorph" was created, or how that original ship ended up on LV-426. I realize now more than ever that Prometheus will likely not answer those two questions at all, so I am gearing up for that eventuality.

I have to be honest. Its seems like it makes a great deal of sense to me. It fills in some of the blanks that we wanted filling in, but its written by someone who clearly isn't a Prometheus fan, and that's why I think its legit. I think some of the mistakes in the information actually lend credence to the account. The fact that he mixed up Milburn and Fifield. Any Prometheus fan would have got the names correct, but a normal pedestrian who hasn't been following the film might have mixed the names up. Also the fact that he mentions David's death without the word [i]"decapitate"[/i], recently that's been a big talking point and I feel like a fake/hoax/troll plot would have included that in. The only inconstancy that threw me off is that he said *SPOILER* Janek makes it onto the escape pod, but from the trailers it looks like he eats it when the Prometheus collides with the Juggernaught.

Hi. I'm new to this forum. I've read the new "plot" and all I can say, is: this is pure trash. No more than a poor imaginated "Prometheus" movie. Full of gaps, no more complete story than Prometheus fans community has yet imaginated from the trailers, featurettes, etc, we all have seen so far. So you can read this spoiler free of guilt, for sure. It's a simplistic resume.... So can you think Fox can do anything like inviting some guys to the anticipate screening of one of its mainstream movie of 2012, without thinking of disclosure matters?... RS isn't so dumb, friends!

Yeah I was quite surprised at that too Mentos, and you only see Shaw and Vickers running away from the crashing ship............... And, the fact that the Cobralien appears then slithers off before attempting to attack anyone......... Just doesn't add up , 1+2=7 here...................

I have not read that new spoiler and do not want to, i did catch the first few lines. And yes it does all sound like the start of that fake leaked Script. Reading what you guys are saying, if it does not mention David 8 lossing his head, well i would think 100% thats in the movie and if it says Janek gets to the escape pod, well to me it looks like he is sacreficing himself to crash into the Derelict which fits the kind of Character he is portrayed at. I would read that spoiler if i think it could be fake, but if its real i dont want to, so for now i cant take the risk.... I supose i could make my notpad really small so it only shows few lines at a time and then open it up and search for a particular scene that we have seen enough of. Then reading only a few lines could then give me more of a clue if its fake... Besides Ridley did say that the end of the movie would link to Alien and would show Alien DNA and that Alien Fan Boys would get their wish and answers and leave satisfied. And to me that has to show the Derelict that landed on LV426 either just before it lands, when it takes off or actually landing on LV426, it would not have to show any Xenos or Face Hugger or even have a Chest Burst scene, a simple showing of the Egg Champer with one Egg open would be enough for us to conclude what happened next. If that spoiler contains no such or simular scene, then its either FAKE or Ridley has been playing around with us and would also lead to a Disapointing movie.

Please people this is a complete fake. Stop your crying about repentance over reading this thing, its false. There are so many inconsistencies with what we know for sure. For example, the "dream sequence" is bogus, think about it. This guy failed to mention David on a bicycle, Vickers doing push ups, Fifield jumping at the Hammerpede, Milburn getting his face melted... I can go on and on. FAKE FAKE FAKE!

@Cypher I have read a little..... would you in your honest oppinion out of 10 say how much you think this is legit or fake...... With 10 being completely Legit. I had come across a few spoilers..... regarding the SJ and other creators and andriod connection. and about their creation in their creators image, backfired on them (part of this is what i did think was going on). The persons description of how and what time Mutant Fifield comes aboard (he claims its after Shaws Baby Birth and after Holloway and other crew returned) and Shaw is 7 weeks pregnant... hows that happen if they in 2 years Cryo Stasis. Another thing it says the Engineers (not Engineer) take a liking to David as he is not Human and they show and teach him stuff and offer to change him, maybe that means make him Human... Well that dont add up to what i have seen in the trailers. So a part of me thinks its just BS... but i dont want to read it all in case there is even a element of truth to it.

Oh just had another peep and typed chair...... Well i cant see how David and Goliath are buddies who set up the chair to take the crew back home lol.... And as for after a Human in the Pilot Chair..... As i stated in the Spot the Difference thread that guy in the Chair is 9ft tall. So i guess it could be BS! But i best take no risk....

Sounds like the spoiler could be legit but the letter writer expresses like a 12 year old so that is why it sounds so comical especially when he described the slimy snake as cute lol

Whats everyone who has read its feeling of it being Legit or BS 1= Totally BS (like not even close) 10 = Looks Totally real and 100% Spoiler. I had some ideas about the plot that i could share with you via PM, and will see how close i am, all i have done is put clues together from Trailers, Images and Comments made by Production Staff etc..... One of my biggest gripes with what i read in that suposed Spoiler, is that the Jockey wants to take us all home and is friendly, that goes against what Ridley said about finding a Culture that is doing uncivilised things. And no way would a human go into that chair... [img]http://i46.tinypic.com/f41rmf.jpg[/img] If the top one is only human sized 6ft and the bottom one is like 15ft+ well there dont look that much difference, and the circled areas i put in relation to the head are the same % or abouts. So nope i say the Big Blue Guy Sits in the Chair he is what apears to be 9ft and by my calculations id did on the chair the Pilot in Prometheus is abouut 9ft. So i guess thats one hole in that persons so called viewing....

@ bigdave 1. This was a totally speculative hoax with just enough truth to scare people. Too many inconsistencies and straight up bad info. I mention the ones I caught earlier. The writer didn't get fifield's name wrong. He got his description wrong.

Safe? Of course he isn't safe, but he's good!

@ Big Dave: I am hesitant to dignify this leaked plot with an actual rating - because I'm so torn - and not necessarily due to the fact that I think it's utter rubbish. I think parts of it could be accurate, or at the very least, plausible. For instance, the beginning where Dave is roaming the ship and "playing with himself" (not meant to be crude) seems extremely possible to me. On the other hand, the whole dream sequence seems kind of unlikely, and the ending just seems more like a bad retelling of Event Horizon. Anyhow, I am always interested in hearing an individual's ideas about the plot, but most of the time I think people who claim to have seen "advanced screenings" of the film are merely posting their ideas of what could be in an attempt to get a rise out of others. It does bring a certain sense of satisfaction to watch people fight over your supposed "story" like a bunch of roosters in a cockfight. At any rate, I give this guy's plot a 5. It's plausible enough to seem real, but there's just too much bologna in it to be absolutely true.

Long time lurker, first time user. I though it read ok, but some of the info in his story seems wrong. Like when the cobra hugger attacks, he said it attacked Fifield, but in the audio clip it’s attacking Millburn. The ending also is a bad tie-in with Alien, If the company got sent all the info by the Prometheus and intercept Shaw 15 years later with a convoy of ships. Then why would they then 15 years after that, get the crew of a towing ship manned by blue collar workers to check out a planet in the same system.

AVP 2 poster AREYOUSEEINGTHIS says; "If you find this a too big a spoiler then delete it if you must. But I'll give you a review of the film. " ...then proceeds with an alledged run down of the entire movie. that ain't a review in my mind. 5 out of 10 tho, with a possible boost on June 1.

I am almost sure this is fake. After reading it, I feel like I could do better. The writter basically picks some moments of the trailers and creates a poor explanation for them.

Have you heard of phoenix asteroids? They glow in every color of the rainbow...they travel endlessly through space...

Sooo, they become angry that humans can make fire and talk........which was presumably a direct result of their earlier interference?! That makes no sense....they should be angry with themselves for their own incompetence, in making us smarter than they intended. They're using humans as slave labor, but don't want them to be capable of communicating with each other?! That makes no sense. Slaves with no ability to communicate, would be of very limited use. "Mohawk guy" ?! Hmmm, now where have I heard that before? It's BS.
