Evening all! First of all: Don't shoot the messenger! I don't think it's a major spoiler, although for some members here it might well be... However, I thought I'd share it. I did a search but couldn't find anything related. I found this article and I don't think it is official yet. Follow the link at your own risk and see for yourselves, discuss it, vent out your anger or share your exitement about it. We should take this with a pinch of salt. Lance is busy with voice work for Colonial Marines. I don't think he'll appear in Prometheus, it would be to obvious to see "Bishop" again.

I think that's just a rumor. RS isn't a fan of CG and that's the type of thing that rarely looks good.

Lance is more worried about whether FOX is going to go ahead and do a "Millennium" movie....you can catch the article over at comingsoon.net.

I can't see this fitting in with the time line of the film. Also, he heard from “Somebody through the grapevine...". He would have had to agree to his likeness appearing in the film and unless they are planning on adding this to the film with mere weeks to release, I think the author is full of shit.

I personally can't see it fitting in either, not even with any AVP timeline unless they really want to portray him as Peter Weylands father maybe, obviously, as stated in form of a younger CGI version. As much as I like him as an actor, I really don't need to see him in this movie, so I also hope this is 'fake'.

@SaintsSinphony Correct, after all, Aliens Colonial Marines is considered a "true sequel" to Aliens according to the developers. Then this guy just added a little wild imagination and Lance (and maybe Chuck Norris as well) suddenly appear in Prometheus.

Would love to see a "millenium" movie if it's the hard edged stuff that the show started with, and not the lame-o, X-files=ish weaksauce it mutated into during the 2nd and 3rd seasons...

It would make sense if Lance were to impersonate Weiland as an old man. But there is already the other actor to do that, so it makes no sense.

This reminds me of when people thought that Gillian Anderson would play the new Sith adversary in Star Wars Episode II. There was even an interview where she kind of-sort of hinted at it, and of course, it never came to be. I think this is just another fan concocted wet dream.

@Hal....I'm not sure I remember the Pilot distinctly, but that first season had me grabbed pretty good with all the great, hard core imagery (for television back then) and violent, gory, and black story line...
