MemberOvomorphMay-14-2012 2:01 PMThe cobralien or whatever the creature will be called (I don't like the name asshugger) always reminds me of a movie from the early 1980's called Enemy Mine. In it there were sand creatures that had a big tentacle that came rising from the sand and caused some heavoc. As a kid, they always scared me to death. Do you think Sir Ridley found some inspiration there?
Here's a scene from the movie. I liked the movie as a child. It didn't stand the test of time as good as Alien though.

MemberOvomorphMay-14-2012 3:18 PM@David 1 - I'm pretty sure you meant "Asshugger" instead of "Asshuger", LOL. Now THAT kind of xeno would be funny to see in this film - Alien meets The Klumps. Different level indeed. HAHA
