Ha ha, probably not. But there are common themes in both films and I wouldn't be at all surprised if Scott wanted to merge his two only sci Fi films in to a bigger grander mythology of what it means to be human....forget the xenos I'd had enough of them after Alien 3....the real meat of a new interesting storyline would be look at the definition of life. After all, a new future awaits you off world. Just a thought.
