My Theories from past

Ok here was my theories to certain elements, which some now look like not being correct... I had these going a while back, before we got to see CobraXeno.... 1) Vickers is either related to Weyland, or she has close connections to Yutani and is upset about Weyland comments on David, because she is his Daughter or her own Father had as much input into the creation of David 8 (her father works for Yutani or did). 2) Vickers wants Weylands mission to fail, because then she would some how benefit from that, either she gets a high role in Weyland, or Yutani as Weyland forced to Merge with Yutani. 3) Weyland is on board, he has a agenda in which he wishes to find what ever secret for life to change his Synthetic David 8s into something more Organic and hence change Sythetic Andriod to Bio Andriod like the Replicants from Blade Runner... And that then Weyland wants to use that creation as a Host for himself. so he has near Eternal Life. 4) But that does not go to plan, if backfires. Either he is mutated into something horrific or he gets what he wants but then the Engineer then punishes him and uses him for the Host to create he Xeno.... or a new type of Xeno.... or Shaws Baby Face Hugs him.... 5) The Space Jockey are large Humaniods about 9ft in Space suits, and they played a role in seeding us, but maybe they are not creators but just Gardeners. 6) The Xeno was created by them from a experiment that went wrong, or from finding some lifeform that they then tried to re-engineer only it backfired, this said creation nearly killed off all their kind untill somehow they managed to contain it, and then stuck the remainded on a ship and attempted to quarantine it. This would explain the Derelict on LV 426 and its Cargo. 7) Maybe the creation was a experiment that one Engineer was working on that his brothers did not want no part of, so he was fed up and created it anyway and unleashed the horror upon his brothers, so that he then becomes the God as their are no Gods left.... Maybe this creation was created to wipe out their own creator? 8) Holloway gets infected by a Parasite as he goes and becomes a idiot for taking his helmet off, playing with some goo etc, or maybe when they get back and he and David play lets play with the stuff inside the Urn.... 9) After Shaw gets injuried in the Storm and is shocked and suffered a horrible moment maybe shock from Exploding Head and feels down because maybe her Faith is in Question, maybe she thought she would die or Holloway, her and he get pasionate and have some snuggles etc... She gets Pregnant by a Alien DNA infected Holloway, who does not know he has a infection untill after the said act and then keeps it to himself. 10) Shaw feels battered and has pains in stomach goes for Scan to check if she had internal damage from injury suffered in the dust storm.... only they say shes Pregnant, shes kind of happy but then it clicks... how can i be, when.... they eventually find it is growing and looks none Human, and after finding out Holloway becomes infected.... they then keep it from Shaw and Quarantine her. Shes knows somethings up and so escapes and heads to Medpod to have the Baby removed. 11) Her Baby grows up to become some kind of Proto Xeno, or maybe some kind of new kind of Proto Form Alien that would lead to a whole new Franchise. 12) I suspect that David 8 activates the Hollogram, finds out about the Engineers and that who ever was left is not a nice person, he then finds David and kills him, he then also kills Ford and chases Merc and kills him while Shaw runs off and warns the crew of what David has found out. Engineer sets a course for Earth with some unseen Bio Weapon (dont think Xeno, but a batch of Urns). 13) The Prometheus is crashed into Derelict, Vickers escapes and saves Shaw.... I think they both go onto the Crashed Derelict to finish off the job... (at this point i wondered that if Squid Baby does not grow, but is kept as sample by Vickers that maybe Shaw takes it from Lifeboat and heads off to Derelict to unleash it back on the Engineer and this is another possible creation of Xeno, or some new Organism. 14) Forgot as far as Milburn and Fifield went i suspected some kind of leech that goes inside and attached to their Brains and controlls them like the Star Trek Trill. Between those i thought that Milburn and Merc get killed in Temple, Fifield gets infected kills 2 people and gets killed, Holloway infection means he then also has something to do with more killings of maybe 2-3 more. Maybe releases the Shaw Baby? David, Ford and Merc killed by Engineer, Weyland maybe gets killed but also causes infection or kills few others. Would leave Janek to die via Kamakaze, Vickers and Shaw to survive maybe a twist and maybe Ravel or Chance pilot the Lifeboat. other bits i could not really work out.... Off course the last 2 weeks have put dents in my theories but here they was for you all to see.
