Selling out is every artist's dream. I live in Austin Tx. surouded by musicians and artist and they all want desperatly to sell thier wares. Vangough didnt plan to die poor and crazy, it just happend.

Honestly I think you guys are overreacting. The movie did get good reviews but not everybody is gonna like it. Blade Runner did awful in box office and initially wasnt received well at all. Look at it now, it's a benchmark in sci fi movie history. It's inevitable for some ppl not to appreciate Ridley Scott's subtleties and attention to detail. If everybody (the average movie goer) goes to see the movie and love it chances are the hardcore fans (aka "us") will probably hate its mainstream-ness.... We want something unique something different and most ppl prefer a straight foreward cliche storyline Watch the movie and judge for yourself. And stop tripping balls! :P
