the ending I liked

SPOILERS in this 'better ending' the squidthing impregnates the Engineer who then 'recovers' and gets in the third spaceship to pursue Shaw (who's working with David to fire up the second spaceship at this point) to get to Engineer Home World. Images of Engineer staggering then racing AT FULL SPEED across the dusty floor of the airfield. He (remote activates) leaps into the the driving seat and takes off after the already launched Shaw ship, getting them in his gunsisghts ... it was always a gunsight for me, the Space Jockey chair ... and just as he's about to pull the trigger, WHAMMO Clutches his chest as Alien Queen starts to burrow out of his chest. Ship pseudo-lands on nearby LV-426 activates its distress beacon. Problems with this? 1) Well, it was JUST A HOLE in the original Engineer's chest in Alien, not a massive scything de-gutting. 2) Was the GIANT HEAD inside the spaceship? i.e. does each spaceship have one? 3) Could we accept something like the black ooze cannisters transforming into EGGS once Alien Queen licks them or something? I dunno ... but it might have drawn the film closer to PREQUEL territory. As it is, the second and third Prometheus MIGHT answer the many LOST-like questions... might.
