Nice of you to have a sence of humour over the situation... I know its hard for you and other Mods on this board and especially since viewings of the movie have come out... Would had been a lot easier for you if the release date had been the same in the USA and UK etc.. I know how pasionate you are about this movie, and it must be really hard because of having to moderate threads that will indeed give so much if not all of the plot away... Honestly you have have my sympathy.... I mean i felt a bit bad about spoiler elements of the movie by virtue of comming to this site and over analysing trailers etc etc... so yes i did know more than maybe i would have wanted to... My fault i did the same with The Thing..... i make a promise to myself now that next movie i really look forwards to, not to go on sites about it etc... But that was my fault, only myself to blame... For Moderators like you, then you dont really have the choice because you have to take care of some spoilers so as to not spoil movie for some USA folks who have not seen it and ultimately you end up seeing and reading stuff that gives more than you wanted to know away. Not long now though and i hope you enjoy the movie....

Oh man, I cannot wait to finally see the movie. I did have the plot entirely spoiled while moderating the forum. I am still excited to see it though, really happy. :)

Actually Svanya the trailers gave away 95% of the story. The movie just filled in the blanks. The problem with the trailers is you know exacatly what is coming next, there is zero suprise. Ah, team opening a door, here comes the head etc. I wish I could unsee the trailers, perhaps I might have enjoyed it more

I dont think the Trailers spoiled the movie that much... Ok for Alien fans it would a bit because we found out the Engineer was a Humanoid in a Suit and we sure as hell made a connection with Shaws Baby.. I think the Medpod scene they should just have shown her Stomach rising up and her saying "Cut it out of me" So for me the slight glimpse of Cuddles was too much to show... The TV spots showed more..... But we cant blame Ridley for those, Fox released the Trailers the TV Spots to drum up interest in the casual audience... They knew that Alien fans and Ridley Scott fans would mostly go see the movie, so they made Trailers to try and get the casual Sci Fi fan and casual fan to go see the movie....

Its shit don't bother watching it
