Wow, this book could explain a lot. What it does confirm though, are the names of the creatures. Cobra thing: Hammerpede Squid: Trilobite Proto xeno: The Deacon, does this tell us something?

That is an amazing book with a lot of talent and imagination. Looked eerie and dark like the 1st movie. Prometheus seems unusually bright and open from the trailers.

I really hope Scott is doing some SPECIAL FINAL CUT for the DVD that Prometheus lines up better to Alien, qualitywise. Look at these great designs, the two engineers( one priest-like), the fine atmosphere you can get..W H Y didnt Scott just STICK to this?

If he does a director's cut it needs to be completely re-edited.From the looks of it a tonne of good stuff must be left on the editing room floor. The whole pace needs to be changed. And he needs to get rid of the music.
