Big Changes From Concept To Final Movie

Looking at all the concept art that is floating around, plus the information from interviews, it is obvious that the script had changed quite a bit in the process of being written. A lot of the ideas people have about Prometheus are accurate for certain drafts of the script, but the question is what did they finally go with at the motivation for the Engineers wanting to destroy us, on a very personal level too. There was no doubt that last Engineer wanted everybody dead, even if meant using his bare hands to do it. There was very personal hatred there, he wasn't just doing his job or something.
