Once error that I heard repeated is that David is in the same spot as he was prior to the crash and after the crash. Just saw it today again, it is NOT the case. David is decapitated, and then his head is used to kill Wayland. This is on the Dias. Ford and the mercenary are killed and thrown off the Dias. Then Stringer Bell saves the universe. Shaw finds David not on the Dias, but on the ground below, so yes, David WAS thrown about in the crash.

I was watching out for that on my second viewing because I was wondering how David was using the radio to talk to Shaw, turns out by chance, in all the crashing and rolling, his head ends up back near his body, but none of the other bodies seem to be around. (when the room stopped roling, shouldn't the all be at the bottom of the circular walls, unless they fell out the doorway? Only Davids body seems to be visible.

That is true, there is three bodies that we do not see what happened to them IIRC.
