Prometheus 2: A Dead Paradise

So, we know now that Shaw and David are on a personnel mission to see the home world of the engineers. She hopes to find the answers to why they are wiping us out and in the end find her answers but I am thinking of finding paradise, she will find a dead world filled with dangers and a Giger landscape that would make Giger himself have harsh nightmares. It might be safe to say the Engineers wiped themselves out. The Creators were killed by their very own creation, hence why no one came out to the one lone Engineer who was in cyro-sleep for nearly 2,000 years. Or there was a Civil War amongst these beings, some who wanted to conquer and others who wanted to preserve life, in the midst, well, the weapon was let loose and consumed them all... I believe Shaw will find a dark hell and not the paradise and answers she wants but will answer for us why the Engineers are few in numbers...or perhaps extinct with no thing but the elders in hiding...
