Anyone notice the Juggernaught suffers no damage from neither the impact of the Prometheus (which completely disintegrates), or the impact of hitting the ground? Also the ship is a U-shape design and impacts on its side, the weakest point. It should have folded, but didn't. What the heck is that thing made of?

Yes. As you and every single human being understands from the way we are conditioned by experience to understand how things work, that Juggernaut, particulary after carrying all that energy from the height of it's fall, should have collapsed under it's own weight. If, for example, any of the characters on the ground had maybe run as it if only to get clear - under the expectation that the game was over for the Juggernaut, given what we now of how things work, as above - and then saw that the Juggernaut was, unbelievably, still intact, and then, realised they are in the danger zone as it started to roll, and then started running as if for their damn lives, and then maybe cried out the exact same question you and every single other human being who will have thought about this will have asked - "What the heck is that thing made of?!.." -[maybe Vickers as she got crushed] - then this would have been a tremendous "WOW!" moment in the movie and people would be discussing it in those terms, with the hairs rising on the back of their necks, long after seeing it...... It would not be yet another moment that the audience would have been forced into a position of thinking, "Huh?....That doesn't seem to work.." and having to discuss it in those terms.

Also, those canisters certainly took a hit. Inside them David shows us that there are some fragile glass vials. He even snaps the tip off. Shaw had to walk right past all of them to get to David at the end. I wonder if any were leaking?
