Rogue Engineers (Shaw's notes etc)

If the artifacts discovered do represent the fact that there were Engineers among us then if you look at her notes then they were also masters of at least the Egyptians and Mayans. Also, the images depict the internals of the ship so they must have been instructed by the alien as well. Maybe they were sent to destroy it but decided against it and mutanied against their organization... this would also account for the wars in the heavens myths that exist. Discuss.
