HERES A THEORY...WE WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO FIND ENGINEERS

What if we were not supposed to run in to the Engineers? What if they were setting up an elaborate mouse trap of some sort to meet their criteria and in the process of setting this up, triggered a huge lab alert emegency shut down and the whole plan stalled right there and then? Now, 2000 years later, we show up and see things we were never meant to see and know...this can explain why the engineer who woke up went berserk...That told him that their whole plan and set-up failed..
