hey guys not been on ina while. Just seen the movie for a 3rd time today was bored and needed something to do and thot why not :p anyway 1st time i seen this movie i thot it was amazeing think it was just the buzz midnight showing etc. Second time i seen alot of holes in the plot. 3rd time i really understood why some of the holes where there, some are left for us to ask questions some are left to be answered in a second move think we all agree there? Anyway i really enjoyed it today and i liked the score more times that i have heard it at 1st i was like WTF but it really fits with the movie, would have still liked to have had a dark score though just to make it more intense. anyway just thot i would leave a little post on my views of the film :) heres hopeing a new movie isn't far away

I saw it twice and thought the pacing of it was much better the second time around. As for all the unanswered questions/plot holes left open, I agree with you. I think those will be delved into more in the sequel(s) and help flesh out this movie much more. I think Prometheus will be one of those movies that needs to be regarded as a series and not just a stand alone film to be appreciated more. It's purpose is to open up a new franchise and wet the appetite for more storytelling. Hopefully they'll get to making the follow up sooner rather than later. Ridley isn't getting any younger. lol

Unfortunately, this movie is very deep or multilayered. To have a normal audience view it they might come away confused, but as Sci Fi fans we know to go back to film and watch it over and over again... I am going to see it again next week (first time for 3D experience and I wanted it to be special).
