Shaw and A.I. take another juggernaut(horseshoe ship) to the engineer home world for now called [i]Paradise[/i]. Well couldn't there be another engineer in a hyperbunk??? Tell me what you think.
Yes, there could be in fact there were 3 other ships... and this is a piece of fiction and thus anything is possible... that's what's so cool about all this. :-D

i think there were no other engineers sleeping in other U-ships.
all other engineers were already dead and piled up in the cave we seen
in the movie. i think other ships were empty and maybe even without ampoules.
dead engineers with holes could have holes from black goo or some other infection/bad bioweapon, but it doesn't necessarilly means there are some waiting xenos for david+shaw.
