I saw spiderman yesterday!

This is not good news to hear. I just think it may be time to move on from these super-hero movies being PG-13 money grabbing flicks, and it's time for R to take over. After all, aren't most comic-books pretty nasty as in adult oriented? I know the new Spawn (which is by far my favorite comic-book character ever) movie that is rumored to be in the works will be rated R. But to stop making PG-13 movies that rake in millions upon millions even though being so damn cookie-cutter and flat out corny. That just wouldn't make sense from a business standpoint so I'm sad to say it seems like "Spider-man" and the likes, are doomed to repeat themselves. At least Nolan stated he was going darker with the Batman movies, and that worked out wonderfully for him and us. Just gotta find some directors with the balls to go for more than one-liners and special effects, and focus on what movies where made famous for: ACTING!!!

@ Rubiorosa I saw the movie too it was entertaining but VERY formula so not much thinking going on so fun but kinda boring and I agree with deftones the superhero movies need to go to a more adult level like the comics'....... Maybe you could become a REAL Spiderman check out this animation that shows how science could help you get your own superhero abilities!!!
