Criticisms welcome, I'm not a master painter and still feeling my way with the airbrush, but that is a 50/50 effort of airbrush and handpainting.
Hope you all like it.

Thanks feebs and spank
@feebs - do you mean how long for the painting or the sculpting?
The initial sculpting was about 2 weeks on and off and the painting a week on and off.
@spank - I've got Firefox and keep downloading the so-called 'latest version'
but still to no avail. YT videos for instance continue to say 'an error occurred - please try again later' and has been the same for months now - I've given up and watch them on my Samsung blu-ray player which has YT and basic internet.
Thanks a lot Freeze for uploading those pics for me! How did you do that?

Nice work.
I am no Pc expert at all, but used to have the same media problem. Check your Firefox. If you are using it update it and the extras

Zeta:
Yeah, the same exact prob happened to me. I couldn't see Youtube vids and sometimes no vids at all from any site.
I updated java and all those plugins that FireFox asks, and now is working great.

I'm a harsh critic of texture and the pool of black goo looks like it's actual liquid.
Very nice!

@Zeta hope you're proud of you're work cause I really like and think you should do even more ;) From my critical part it looks a bit too light but who knows, maybe the pede was in sunlight or something :eyeroll:

Thanks Feebs, I love what I do and enjoy making stuff like this as I have done since childhood. But yeh, I can never get these 100%, just as close as possible
with a little bit of diabolical liberty thrown in. It seems to be a sickly white
colour with yellow-brown and light blue areas in some photos, so I've
simply emulated these colours best I can. It's also my first serious attempt
(partially) with an airbrush.
Btw, LOVE your avatar - I've got 'Splice' on blu-ray and what a fantastic,
full-on, gorgeous-looking, independently made peice of sci-fi it is, complete
with a plausible plot and theme and stellar acting.
