Graphic novel, books?

I'm surprised this niche hasn't been filled yet by comic artists. As far as I know, we've only had Cinefex and 'The Art of Prometheus' haven't we? I wish we could have had a novelisation like in the old days, e.g. Alan Dean Foster or even a Heavy Metal special. We need something to tide us over until the sequel. Or perhaps, as a few have mentioned here, more in the way of online stuff like virals or even short films.
