He is not staff. Staffmembers have it written beside and under their names. For example, I am a member of staff, Co-Admin to be exact. Normally, if something is posted and claims to be real the news article it was taken from would be linked in the thread as proof of it's legitimacy. These articles usually appear in newsfeeds and are verified by staff and admins before being labled as fact. Ok I found it [url=http://www.prometheus2-movie.com/replies.php?id=11430]PARADISE PLOT IDEAS REAVEALED[/url] and it appears to be fanmade. Perhaps in future you could word the title of your post more clearly and link the thread you were talking about. That would make it easier to answer you.

To be fair that post isn't a script it is a bit of whimsy and speculation on the part of the OP. It is what they would like to see happen. :)

The fellow is just too viscerally influential to miss. And I will say that I left every screening of Prometheus chanting Giger!Giger!!GIGER!!1123 The moment when the Engineer summons the navigation chair and places himself inside is one of my favorites from the film.

Caenar, I love H.R. Giger. He is one of the most talented modern artist I have ever encountered. I got a kick out of that interview with Dan O'Bannon where he describes the first time he met Giger, who was staying in a fancy hotel in London when they were filming Alien and Giger offered him opium. O'Bannon turn him down and asked him why he took it and he said because of night terrors. All of that amazingly dark imagery comes from his subconscious and dreams and he used opium to sleep! That is so eccentric. He is truly a genius.

I have a fresh and passionate hatred of Aliens (and Cameron) after learning that he did not contact Giger for the sequel because he (Cameron) wanted creative control. Blasphemy!! I think Giger also got screwed on Alien 3.

According to Superior Firepower, the documentary on Aliens, James Cameron had already designed the queen alien and then he kept up such an intensely busy schedule running everyone around until they were half dead that there just wasn't enough time to get over to Switzerland to see Giger but they said in retrospect they can't believe they didn't make time when he invited them over to his studio. James Cameron is just crazy busy and drives everybody he works with like a slave master - but they do it because they know the results will be good and ultimately worth it. It really was too bad that they didn't include HR Giger more but take some solace in the fact that the original concept for all of this alien imagery comes from the mind of HR Giger so in the end he gets credit whether they use him in any movie that utilizes his work on any level including Prometheus and especially ALL the alien movies regardless.
