Comic Book Girl 19 - won't let Prometheus lie - recap

she's great, and I do like her perspective on Prometheus. Hadn't seen the 3rd video, so thanks for posting :)

I have to admit I really like comic book girl. She makes an abundance of sense about Prometheus basically addressing all of my objections, points out the good parts of the Jon Spaihts script while also admitting that some of the Damon Lindelof rewrites helped the movie and that the switch from traditional alien prequel to ancient astronauts theme added a lot to the movie. Not to mention she is cute as hell and I more or less agree with 90% of what she says. But she did say a couple of things that I didn't like and the most notable was that she hopes they don't make a sequel - although she also did say in the middle of the third part that she would love to see the Engineer home world and see what they do in their everyday life, so she was probably joking about hoping that they don't make a sequel. I would recommend that all Prometheus fans here take the time to watch all three parts of this episode of comic book girl. Did I mention that she is also easy on the eyes and cool as hell?...lol

though she remains somewhat ambivalent regarding the film (and has some legitimate beefs with prometheus), its interesting that her attitude has become more positive towards prometheus as time has gone on. Its clear that she "has the bug", so to speak. She dislikes aspects of the film, but at the same time, she has become engrossed in it. I relate! i think we will see this type pattern more and more as time marches on. There is just too much to like about prometheus. And yes....comic book girl is sexy.

Very easy on the eye, and thorough. I do hope there's a RECUT along the lines of Restoration To Original Character Study come Prometheus 2 pre-launch.

i dunno tbh i havent actually heard her out i guess im wary of what anyone sporting a 'Morrissey' has to say hahahaha

God I despise Morrissey. That pretentious flat-keyed poor excuse for a singer. I could never see what people saw in him!!! But comic book girl does make a lot of sense and only says a thing or two I could disagree with.
